The Healing Garden Within

Step into a nurturing space where personal wellness and the power of nature come together. The Healing Garden Within is a guided self-care workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and replenish your inner and outer world—while learning simple practices to build meaningful, lasting self-care rituals.

In partnership with P & C Nursery and with insights from local plant enthusiast Maria Veronica, we’ll also explore the benefits of incorporating plants into your daily life and living spaces. Discover how specific plant varieties can support your well-being while creating a clearer, more harmonious environment.

Participants will be introduced to simple, restorative self-care practices that cultivate inner peace and nourishment. Through mindful reflection and hands-on plant learning, you’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired to continue tending to your own “inner garden.”
